A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their self-employed professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Lineage - Sven Folchert & Carlos Wenzel García GbR, Wilhelmstraße 21, 42553 Velbert, Germany, Tel.: +49 2053 8401766, Email: hey@lineage-atelier.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you post the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, are not nationals of a Member State of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address, at the time the contract is concluded, are outside the European Union.

General information

1) Please ensure that the goods are not damaged or soiled. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against damage in transit by using suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us carriage forward.
3) Please note that points 1 and 2 above are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
